Terms of Service

  1. By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.
  2. Forum,Chat and User Behavior
    Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against SurepayBux and / or SurepayrBux staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum and Chat as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.
  3. Payment to users
    *All payouts via AlertPay,PayPal and Liberty Reserve
    *You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you've used
    *You must upload payment proof to receive next payment.
    *Mimimum payout start at $1
    *Pay date : Instantly
  4. Payment to ivbux:
    After payment has been made to ivbux, it belongs to ivbux with no possibility of repayment.
    Any kind of dispute / refund request / attempt to charge-back, will be repealed by ivbux and the member will have their account suspended.
    Payments made to ivbux need to be made from a verified payment processor account(PayPal or AlertPay).
  5. Referrals
    You may refer as many referrals as you want, but you may only refer others from your household if they have a separate internet connection which results in a different IP address. Any attempts to use fake IP address or proxies will result in immediate termination of all accounts involved without notice.IVBux is not a pyramid scheme and does not award members for new sign-ups.

    The renting of referrals is based on availability. If no referrals are available, please try again later.

    Requests to change your up-line will not be accepted.

    The clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly.
  6. We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
  7. You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
  8. You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
  9. It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
  10. We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
  11. All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
  12. We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
  13. Advertise:the following is not allowed if your website contains:• a framebreaker• adult content• content that promotes spamming, racism, etc.
